Today’s weather certainly let us know that winter is not done with us yet!
The Pittsburgh area got three inches of snow starting right at the morning rush hour and ran the gamut of freezing rain and then just rain.
We got a little more than that. We ended up with five inches of snow and several hours of freezing rain. The plain rain didn’t start until around 6:30 Wednesday evening.
Since we live an hour north of Pittsburgh, nothing was happening when we got up for work, but by the time we were ready to leave, our patio and driveway were completely covered and it was coming down really hard. We decided not to take the chance of an accident on the highway and stayed home.
I had quite a productive day. I love being able to work from home. My hubby had an enjoyably relaxing day.

It is loosely based on a recipe from All Recipes, but to be perfectly honest, I think mine is much better.
