WooHoo! I am so excited. Tomorrow, we leave for Kansas to visit our oldest granddaughter. She turned 13 last month and her dance recital is on Friday night.
I have spent the last couple of days getting ready for our trip. The usual things like, packing, and making sure all of the home front things are taken care of, but I’ve also been making some gluten-free snacks to take along.
One of the snacks I like to have with me whenever I travel, are granola bars. I make my own out of gluten-free oats, carob, walnuts, and coconut flakes.
