On Monday, June 25th, I started a 30 Day Challenge. It encompasses three things, clean, healthy eating, exercise, and goal setting/journaling. It runs 30 Days and for those 30 days there is no sugar, alcohol, or soda pop. There are some other do’s and don’ts, but those are the biggies.
This is a brand new program and once I go through it, I will be offering it on my website. I wanted to see what kind of results I get before I run it as a coach. I must say that after seven days, I’m pretty impressed. My weight is down 4 pounds and I can feel myself getting stronger.
I’ve never been an “exercise in the morning” kind of gal, but I have to say that after a week of doing it, I’m amazed at how much energy it gives me to start my day. This week has made me a believer.
