- 3-4 Pounds Chicken Tenders
- 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustart
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the seasonings and the oil.
- Add the chicken strips to the spice mixture and toss until chicken is well coated.
- Remove chicken and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. For crispier sticks, use an oven safe cooling rack on the baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. A meat thermometer should read 165 degrees. The time will depend on how thinly you sliced the chicken strips.
- Remove from oven and cool on a rack.

Chef's Tips:
- You can use regular boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips if you don't have chicken tenders.
- These are delicious chilled and packaged up for a picnic, served warm or at room temperature.
