These stuffed turkey roll-ups can be very quick to put together with leftover gluten-free stuffing. I have even found gluten-free stovetop type stuffing at Trader Joe’s, which could make this a quick and easy dinner as well.
Gluten-Free Stuffed Turkey Roll-Ups
Recipe from EasyGlutenFreeLiving.com
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour about 1/3 cup gravy into a 9 x 13 oven safe casserole dish.
On a cutting board, lay deli turkey slices out flat one at a time. Place stuffing on top of slices, roll up and stick a toothpick into the center to hold it together.
Place turkey roll-ups in the casserole dish, in a single layer, side by side.
Pour the rest of the gravy over the turkey roll-ups.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. Enjoy!
