I love salmon. It is so good for you, fast and easy to prepare.
Perfectly Grilled Salmon Fillets
About 10 Minutes
Preheat grill and brush fillets with oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Put salmon on hot grill, skin side down; grill until skin crisps and you can lift with a spatula. Do NOT flip until you can easily loosen the salmon skin and all from the grill grate.
Flip and continue grilling fillet on the meat side down for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Adjust cooking time according to the size and thickness of the fillets.
Garnish with a fresh sprig of Rosemary and a lemon slice and serve with your favorite vegetables or salad.
