  1. Preheat grill and brush fillets with oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Put salmon on hot grill, skin side down; grill until skin crisps and you can lift with a spatula. Do NOT flip until you can easily loosen the salmon skin and all from the grill grate.
  3. Flip and continue grilling fillet on the meat side down for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  4. Adjust cooking time according to the size and thickness of the fillets.
  5. Garnish with a fresh sprig of Rosemary and a lemon slice and serve with your favorite vegetables or salad.
  6. Enjoy!
