Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Stab the sweet potatoes with a fork to pierce the skin. Place into a large baking sheet or jelly roll pan.
Cook until very tender, about 1 to 2 hours.
Cool to the touch. Remove the skins from the potatoes.
Place potatoes into a large bowl. Smash with a potato masher until creamy and smooth.
Add the butter and apple butter and continue smashing until mixed well.
Sprinkle with salt and serve.

Cook’s Tips:
This recipe can be made the day before and placed in a casserole dish to save time on Thanksgiving Day.
To reheat, just place casserole dish in a preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.
