It is a 90 minute tour where we will visit one of my favorite grocery stores, and I will show you how to expertly shop for healthy, nutritious and detoxifying foods, all gluten-free, that do not cost an arm and a leg! I will also teach you how to read and interpret, decode if you will, food labels, so you understand exactly what it is you are buying. We’ll also talk about the way companies market their products to make you want to impulse buy them. Which is never a good idea!

Phase One of the Grocery Store Walk Around
Phase One focuses on the produce area, and bulk food sections. When we are finished, you will feel confident in your knowledge of properly selecting, prepping and cooking vegetables so that you are getting the maximum vitamins, minerals and all important antioxidants from the foods you’re eating. Phase Two of the Grocery Store Walk Around
Phase two focuses on the meat and dairy departments, as well as the frozen foods section and central aisles of the grocery store. You’ll be surprised at the incredibly nutritious foods found there that can increase the taste and nutritional value of your meals. When we’re finished, you’ll know which products make the best choices and why and be introduced products that will increase the flavor and the healthiness of your meals.
